Glen Clarke
Head of Operations
Glen started his flight training at Point Cook in 2005.
Since then, he has gained experience in flight training, charter and airline operations around Australia and the world.
Before joining BASE Aviation, he spent over 7 years in Hong Kong as a Second and First Officer for Cathay Pacific flying the A330 and A350.
Other than being our Head of Operation he is also works at a major Australian airline in the training department.

Shannon Gee
Flight Instructor
Starting her training in 2013, Shannon has a passion for aviation.

Not only is she the CEO of BASE, Shannon is one of our resident instructors.
